Implementation Instructions

There are 2 ways to add the signature to your email.
  1. Using Google Workspace Email in your web browser
  2. Adding HTML code to your email application
Using Google Workspace
If you are using Google Workspace Email in your web browser, click inside the outlined box below, then press Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on Mac) to select all contents of the box. Once highlighted, press Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac) to copy the signature to the clipboard.

Next, go to the Google Workspace Email Settings page and scroll down to the Signature section.
Create a new signature, then paste the contents of your clipboard into the box.

Using HTML
If you are using an email application that allows you to paste the code of an HTML signature,
click here to copy the code to your clipboard.

The HTML code has been copied to your clipboard.
An error occurred copying the HTML code contents. Not cool.
You will then be able to paste the code into your email application.
